Cancellation Policy:

a. Broken Appointment (No Notice): We reserve the right to charge a $50.00 office fee for broken appointments. 

b. Cancellations Under 24 Hours: We reserve the right to charge a $50.00 office fee for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours of notice.

NOTE: Cancellations made after business hours on Thursday regarding Monday appointments will be considered as less than 24 hours of notice and are subject to the applicable cancellation fee.
